Ms. B - Director/Teacher 

Pho B. is a proud New Jersey native who specializes in ballet, contemporary, hip-hop, and jazz dance. She grew up training at the Movement Dance Academy and is an alumna of the University of North Carolina at Charlotte where she earned her B.A. in K-12 Dance Education and danced for the Charlotte 49ers Gold Dusters. "Ms. B" teaches dance for the CMS school disctrict and has been named the 2016-2017 Principal's Award Recipient and a 2018 MeckEd Teachers of Excellence Recipient. She danced for the Charlotte Hornets dance team, the Honey Bees, from 2020-2022!


Mrs. T- Ballet, Hip Hop, Jazz/Lyrical Teacher 

Mrs. T is born and raised in North Carolina and specializes in ballet, hip-hop, jazz, contemporary, and majorette. She grew up as a competitive cheerleader before training in majorette & jazz dance in grade school.  She was also captain of the dance team until she graduated high school. Entering into college at the University at North Carolina at Greensboro in the fall of 2016, she began to train technically in ballet, jazz, modern, contemporary, and hip-hop.  In May of 2020, she graduated from UNCG with an English degree and a dance minor! 



Ms. A - Ballet, Hip Hop, Jazz/Lyrical Teacher 

Ms. Alasia is a North Carolina native. She began dancing at the age of 15 and specializes in Ballet, Jazz, Hip Hop, Majorette and Musical Theatre. In 2017 she graduated from Steps on Stage Academy of Performing Arts where she was apart of the senior  company team for a total of four years. Entering into college in 2017, she continued her dance training at North Carolina A&T where she was introduced to the HBCU majorette style. Alasia obtained her Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Science major from UNC Charlotte (c/o 2022). In addition to working at Chassè she also is a mom to a handsome little boy named Amor.


Ms. Courtney - Tumbling & Leaps/Turns Instructor

Ms. Courtney is a Charlotte, North Carolina native. She has been dancing since the age of four. She has competed in national dance competitions, performed at NBA halftime shows, concerts, church events, and more. Courtney attended Winston-Salem State University and earned a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science.Throughout her college career she was a member of the company and a member of the WSSU Marching Band, Red Sea of Sound as a Scarlet Lace dancer. Courtney has hosted dance camps, fitness events, master classes, coached dance teams and so much more! She developed a passion and love for the art of dance at a young age and till this day she continues to practice and share her skills with others.



Ms. Gabi - Tap, Ballet, & Leaps/Turns Instructor

Ms. Gabi is currently serving as our Tap Dance teacher here at Chassé Center of Dance. She grew up in Winston-Salem, North Carolina where she participated in dance for fourteen years recreationally and competitively. She is currently a student at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte pursuing a degree in Psychology and Dance.


Mr. Jammie - Tumbling Instructor

Mr. Jammie was born and raised here in the Queen City where he graduated hight school from Northwest School of the Arts. Growing up, Jammie danced and played sports as well as competitive all-star cheer. He specializes in Ballet, Jazz, Hip Hop, Acro (tumbling), and Cheer. Outside of teaching and training he is also a member of the Hive Hip Hop Crew for the Charlotte Hornets.
